      1) Friendly and supportive peers 2) Top Management do not hesitate to give benefits to the employees and keeps adding it time to time 3) Top in the market salary and benefits 4) No politics at all. (can't believe? - We have a KPI calculation only based on the numbers you are able to score, no weightage to what management thinks about you. Awesome isn't it.)

      Cons

      Gov't gets benefits from the benefits company provides and take too much of Taxes :)

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
