6yThank you for your review. We'd love to offer 401k match, but can't (at present) justify pumping our the venture funds we've raised right back into the public equity of other companies. We think there are more impactful and beneficial (for all) ways for us to spend that money. But we won't lose sight of this request, as it's a frequent one, and we'll continuously evaluate our compensation mix to ensure it remains truly competitive.
