Pros
This is a company that has big and bold aspirations to change the world, and they actually have the means to do it. They have an amazing platform that literally has no boundaries to the art of the possible, so the diversity of use-cases is pretty astounding. This is a culturally diverse company the likes that I have never experienced, so you will break through some potentially deep seeded stereotypes or prejudices you may not have even realize you posses. You either evolve how you adapt and work with people from very diverse backgrounds, or you will struggle. I personally know that I am a better person and more valuable professional for having worked through a challenging acclimation period here. If the executive team and the board guide this company in the right direction in terms of acquisitions and overall strategy, the sky is the limit for Automation Anywhere.
Cons
Automation Anywhere has grown rapidly over the past 18 months. With that comes some growing pains and challenges to maintain smooth operations. Internal systems are upgrading, processes are changing, teams are shifting, so all of that contributes to additional challenges to doing your job well.
