Not recommend - Senior Software Engineer Automation Anywhere Employee Review

Not a process oriented company. you have to too many task randomly starting from documentary, planning, execution, development, sometime manual testing along with QA. Demo, and customer support. Even you do All these things you won't get appreciations not from your manager nor from the management. One most important thing is that company need 28 hrs of your time out of 24hrs.for customer support you have to awake in night time and there is no limit. They can fire at any time/critical situation once they are done with the work.
