      We are in complete agreement that it is not optimal to have to furlough and RIF employees at this time, however, we have to adjust the organization to the realities of a change of strategy (from on-prem to cloud) and impact to our revenue.       The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
