      Pros

      Great talent hired, pretty decent pay, a brilliant concept (RPA). Sadly, once people the realize where they got in, after 12 months when 25% of the stocks are vested people leave.

      Cons

      False promises, incompetent executives, despotism, nepotism. The broken toy of silicon valley. Time for a new CEO and other executives to run the show.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
