Work life balance is not there Few bossing culture (not with every one but quite a few ) Salary is no where as per startup or early enterprise, considering hours of engagement and salary not a good deal for long term Everything expected from dev team to do including off hour support without any incentive, which keeps you on toes in weekend too ESOP quantity are below average Product are not difficult so any one can be replaced in 15 days , this is known to managers so value for loyality is not there Job security- Not very sure Diversity in product is missing No culture and discipline followed to setup meeting in odd hours and expected to join
