Pros
1. One if the best product companies to work with although in all orgs almost everything depends on your managers and leadership. 2. Unlike MNCs who were giving restricted 10-12 day leave, they offer unlimited covid paid leaves without asking any proof. It was a great gesture. 3. Variable bonus n increments are usually good even if you aren't a high performer when you compare the money with bigger orgs. Spot bonus are also a norm here. Dont expect goodies much. Salary and bonuses always on time. 4. They can give work as per ur interest and you can move to other departments if you have good rapport with supervisors. 5. Baroda office is very good although rest of the offices are just for name or to showcase to client. 6. Finance team and HR team are easily approachable unlike big orgs where HR or Finance never respond. 7. Last but not least - a very helpful technical team. 8. No unnecessary trainings or processes
Cons
1. One of the main concerns esp for senior resources is that you need to work under people who have lesser experience than you. It's alright if they know more than you but mostly it's not the case due to "Dunning Kruger" theory. You can easily loose ur confidence in such an env. 2. No matter how well you perform, you will be appreciated but will always be rated below the big mouths bullies, over-confidents or skilled in buttering. 3. PF deduction is nominal and you wont add much in that head. Should allow 12% of basic.
