The travel team is the worst in Vadodara. Extremely rude, arrogant and doesn’t know how to address queries or have a normal conversation. They may pass personal and demeaning remarks if anyone is in doubt or asks general questions. Advice for HR and Travel Leaders would be to start taking feedback from all the team members who have interacted with the travel team in Baroda, this will help you understand the ground reality! Counseling and soft skills should help. I know of plenty of others who have had similar experiences with this team, not sure how many of them voiced this!
