      - Opportunities in India are good, if you are willing to own and lead - Great learning opportunities -Fantastic colleagues, lots from other Fortune 500 orgs -Adequately challenging day to day work -Management is supportive of work life balance -Management recently did a repricing of the employee stock options' strike price, that is truly appreciated, as it reduced our cash outflows!

      Cons

      - on the D&I front, need to do more for LGBT causes -lots of sr management across different business and finance teams have left in the past 6-9 months, causing a slight jitteriness in the ranks and files.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
