Good product, bad management - Lead Software Engineer Automation Anywhere Employee Review

No security, got mail in midnight about someting important for next day morning. And surprisingly they said today is my last working day and I should get all docs (salary slips, docs) because access will be revoked. I mean why and how? Don't you assess the team capacity, I joined AA as full time (just 6 month back) and had in mind to stay here for atleast 5 yrs, but surprisingly AA management had different plan. I had no idea, and even the management said it's not related to my performance (as per them, my performace has been good).
