      It was a good time for the company beginning of the RPA.

      Cons

      Leadership has no clue what is happening and no analysis. People who were giving false directions were older ones and leadership supported them The new team who really helped and put the efforts day and night for the company and made success then, as a result, asked to leave :)

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
