The Support Management is the worst place someone could be under. The IQ of management is below 0 as they always fail to understand employees’ intent and hardwork and focus solely on numbers. If an issue comes and gets escalated as soon as it is created, the management would bash the engineer who gets the case. They dont have a common sense that it is not employees’ fault here. This is one of the thousands of examples. Highly immature management. In support team you will keep hearing words like, I will involve HR, we need to talk, let me pull your records of last week, daily performance meeting for weeks and weeks, etc. Why?? Just because some customer faced 0.1 seconds delay in getting a response.
