      Technology works. Some bright folks.

      Cons

      Upper management is too focused on upsell at all costs. Poor idea of what’s needed in reality on the field level. Although they are verticalized in healthcare and banking, and a few others, they are unwilling to compensate and support what is actually needed like vertical specific services

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
