      The regional headquarters had a huge gap with the head office. People did not do their work and other things led to behind-the-scenes gossip and bullying.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
