      I worked in large enterprises before joining AA. The work environment is good, but there is scope for improvement. Management cares for employees. The IT department is very friendly. HR is approachable.

      Cons

      Collaboration between teams could be better for a company that is not too large.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
