      Pays well, people leaving constantly opens all sorts of doors if you are willing to stay

      Cons

      Chronically understaffed yet maintain high expectations for results. Everyone is covering their butts since they can't possibly meet expectations, everyone of burned out, very common for people to leave within a year or less. Just isn't worth the stress.

      Automation Anywhere is an amzing place to work. Agentic Automation is changing the way companies do business and out technology is driving the industry with leading edge innovation.

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
