      New Support leaders are clueless about running a support organisation, what they all know is micro management.. finding faults and making life of support engineer pathetic...this is eroding the work culture built by previous leaders where people succeeded and customers were valued ...my sympathy with Emea and India leaders Anyways this company is not going ipo so don't count too much on your stocks run before it is too late

      Cons

      The pace at which Agentic Automation and the solutions around it change sometimes make it hard to keep up. This is a great challenge and an exciting time to be here.
