Pros

** Ask lots of questions when interviewing and pay attention to the gut-feel, not what is presented by ASI ** + Very Cool projects - hack a Tesla, Dump Truck Robots, Tractor Robots, etc. + Good resume builder and foot-in-the-door to the Robotics industry + Decent co-workers (area-dominate religion is a heavy influence) + Beautiful (but remote) work location + Decent Benefits (Company-paid Health insurance, HSA Contrib, PTO)

Cons

- Salary is bottom 25% regionally (per Glassdoor & personal experience) - Management struggles with focus and commitment - Myopic project vison and execution - Inconsistent policies / policy enforcement - Challenges with poor quality, over-promise/under-deliver, missed targets - Unclear career paths and very limited opportunity for advancement - Minimal training provided / Non-Obvious 'tribal knowledge' is the norm - Single product [Mobius]; All else is gov-funded research / in-development - So-So Agile/Scrum house - Still working to understand basic Scrum concepts - Sub-Par Benefits compared to industry (401k, No Sick leave, limited PTO)
