      Pros

      Automation is a booming field, and ASI is really a leader - particularly as a startup. The CEO is committed to making ASI a great place to work for the employees, and has established an ESOP in addition to the standard retirement (401K) and good benefits.

      Cons

      We are still becoming a solid product company, and that means there are some long hours trying to keep customers happy with early-phase products.
