For over the last two years, ASI has been focusing on incorporating "psychological safety" in the workplace by having monthly training during our all-hands staff meetings presented by HR, Senior Leaders and managers. We continue to strive to create psychological safety companywide through leadership training, additional company gatherings/events to create unity outside of work, and setting personal growth OKR's to be positive role models.
