Cons
Chip Perry the original CEO is no longer there. He really cared about the employees & gave many perks. Now that he's gone, morale is down, it's all about quantity over quality now! We're micromanaged & if you're a minute late you risk being written up. Shift bids are a joke! They even took the cups away in the breakrooms. Long time employees here don't feel appreciated anymore & many ppl have been in the same role for years due to hitting the glass ceiling. Currently searching for another job. Don't work here if you want to be in a professional environment because many don't know how to conduct themselves in a office environment. You'll hit the glass ceiling here!
