Pros
AutoTrader is part of the COX family and has amazing benefits as a result. Pay is fair based on industry and geographic averages. They throw lots of parties, have plenty of prizes to give away, and are pretty flexible when it comes to work/life balance.
Cons
They have meetings to plan meetings and Managers attend these meetings to appear as if they are hard at work. Systems & Reporting were (when I was there) a joke. To be fair, this was probably as a result of the accelerated growth of the company.
