Cons
Don't care about employees (especially divisional HR), Managers will use scare tactics to have you quit or step down from role, pay is horrible compared to competition regardless of experience or tenure, use pension benefits as a dangling carrot to convince you to stay. The company charges you back for dealers who go out of businesses, cancel or cut back due to season. Even if they had been on for 10 years straight, you pay ATC for that loss revenue. Upper management has zero empathy for its direct reports and only care about if you made your forecast. The PRODUCT is not a lead generator and unfortunately that is what dealers see it as, regardless what we tell them to think. It is extremely difficult to make more than $1000 a month in commission unless you are a chosen one who gets a very large book of high paying Franchise Accounts. I personally don't recommend this place to anyone who can get an offer from another company.
