The employees grew a huge viable business from nothing but a dream and a battle cry! The employees were the secret sauce and put themselves and their futures on the line to make Autotrader the success it is.

Hard to find leaders any more within the executive team willing to speak up, as most have left the company (either forced out or willingly left) Current culture is a corporation of secrets, a closed door society of a very special group of ego driven executives who believe they can make issues go away with the corporation's money. During the past couple of years of change at Autotrader, the culture was lost, the drive went astray, the vision was blurred
