Pros
It's a part of the Cox family and there are a lot of jobs/opportunities available across the different companies. You also have access to many of the resources and amenities the other Cox companies have like the gyms, cafeterias, print centers, etc. The facility is nice and is located in a great area (traffic is horrible around it though). I had great experiences working at a couple of the other Cox companies but this one needs some help. There's good work-life balance in some departments.
Cons
They need to improve the criteria it takes to become a manager of people and also evaluate existing ones. There's extremely poor management in certain areas of the company. On my team there were several managers who lacked decision making skills, confidence, professionalism, drive, communication skills and knowledge of the company and our specific field. This is the main reason why a few members left the team and/or company. Also, the company is constantly changing (which is great) but communication around change needs to be improved drastically. Goals/visions and major organizational changes were often unclear.
