Pros
Work from home opportunities (although they try to take them away), recognition program, employee appreciation. We have great employee discount partnerships with cell phone, computers and because we are a cox subsidiary we get baseball game perks. Also, most people get a laptop if its a business rule. The people in the call center don't though. Its a tech company so the atmosphere is pretty laid back. The location is king! Its right in the perimeter area so you can't beat that. Other perks are the rec room with Foosball table, pool table, PSP, flat screen, weekly 10 minute massages. And they are more committed to the community that any corporation I've seen. They have at least 20 volunteer opportunities avail (during and not during work hours) relating to Special Olympics, Hands on Atlanta, Breast Cancer, Aids Walk.....and many, many, more.
Cons
The company is growing and that is its biggest asset and biggest pain. Some people who have worked here have moved 15+ times. They make the moves efficient though so its not too painful. In my department we are doing a internal reorg and its tough b/c management doesn't really know what they're doing and it comes at the cost of some. Being on the lower level of the dept I catch the brunt of it. Also, its takes a lot to implement a simple process that can prove very helpful. some people are grumpy about changing even though that's what the company requires.
