Pros

Outside of the call center Availity is great environment to work in. It has longer open hours allowing for a more flexible schedule which is great. They are very understanding for time off.

Cons

I would not work in the call center at Availity. Other departments are great to work for. The call center is poorly managed. It is a very draining and toxic environment. Many false promises for promotions and training. We were often told we would be trained in certain area next week, then its next month, then you are forgotten about. They have spread themselves too thin.

Everyone has been very welcoming and has offered to help in any way possible. Team structures has recently changed but seems to be a positive move.

I have not seen any cons yet.

Cons

Can feel clique in the upper engineering circles A lot of "rockstar devs" but hard to communicate across teams
