-Innovative culture that encourages change and looking forward -Positive co-worker and team culture -Flexible hours in working and autonomy -You are given the space to set your own vision

-There is not always clarity on what company-level objectives are or what we should be focus on in terms of contribution

Everyone has been very welcoming and has offered to help in any way possible. Team structures has recently changed but seems to be a positive move.
