Cons

The high turnover rate can be difficult to handle when you work with such amazing people.

Your work in Availity Client Services (ACS) is important and appreciated. Working in the call center is probably one of the most challenging jobs we have, but can also be one of the most rewarding in that it can turn into a long, successful career at Availity. We are very proud of the fact that so many of our associates started their Availity careers this way!

Everyone has been very welcoming and has offered to help in any way possible. Team structures has recently changed but seems to be a positive move.
