      Pros

      The people are amazing and work well together. There's a lot of opportunity for growth. Great Energy! CEO truly cares for the people. Employees truly care about the work they do.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects come up on short notice and require much longer hours than a standard 40 hour work week.

      Everyone has been very welcoming and has offered to help in any way possible. Team structures has recently changed but seems to be a positive move.
