Pros
Tight knit team and an invaluable, respected service to the business. Benefits and training opportunities surpass most other organizations in the industry. Opportunities to work virtually and in Avanade/Accenture offices nationwide, if not staffed to a client.
Cons
Organization is in a transformative phase, and will be for quite a while. Executive leaders can often be out of touch and hard to relate to. Pay is not near the top of the industry.
