Pros
I joined right after college - put me in a great position to learn a lot, gain quite a bit of experience quickly, and (when I voiced my interest) go into leadership (Project management) type roles.
Cons
I felt my starting salary out of college was low 54700, when glassdoor reflected higher, I tried to negotiate and was shot down. I was told I would make the difference in OT, but all my projects told me OT was not allowed. The culture changes completely depending on the account/project/client you are on. Sometimes you might be lucky, sometimes not. I was on a client where I felt the Avanade side was a boys club and management protects the people who make them money - even if they shouldn't be with the company.
