      -Good atmosphere at the office -All Microsoft certifications paid for -Free snacks/fruit/drinks -Respect work/life balance -1500 a year to spend on tech/wellness - 3 weeks vacation to start

      -No RRSP matching until manager level and then only @ 4% -Only 80% coverage on your benefits - Salary is below market rate
