      * great variety of clients * generous benefits * good pay * support and networking - there's an expert on everything

      * most clients are for hardcore Microsoft products * working with Accenture * the Experiences (Avanade X) are still looking for its way * big pressure on people on the bench * still hasn't found its way about Product people
