Pros
Great training and on-boarding process for new employees. Excellent senior management team who are willing to take the time to get to know you as a person and help develop your career. Limited travel as they try to find work close to home. Benefits are great. Overall the best job I have ever had.
Cons
It does take time to learn the Avanade way. It takes about 4-6 months to really get going in your new position. Accenture (the parent company) is not always as friendly as one would think so you have to develop those relationships one person at a time.
