Pros
Great chance to get head on experience and training in newer computer technologies. Work with different teams and management on projects. Control over rapid career and work path.
Cons
Most projects available are managed by Parent company Accenture - go look up. Very old school approach to software development management. Expect working 60 - 80 hrs a week in "death march" projects., thank goodness Avanade attempts to prevent the madness, but not successful enough.
