The team was amazing, friendly, talented, and a joy to work with. Access to a wide range of resources and expertise through the partnership with Accenture.
Cons
A noticeable lack of career progression opportunities within the company. Limited work directly originating from Avanade; most projects seemed to flow through Accenture, which could make it feel more like an extension of their team than a standalone entity. The scarcity of direct work sometimes left teams feeling underutilized.
