Business Outlook
Pros
- Close to Microsoft (albeit with the changes we'll become less specialised and relevant) - Avanade will finally be put out of it's misery within the next 18 months
Cons
- Death spiral - Poor leadership, poor morale - A lot of people are just hanging on till they can leave so high performance is gone - FY25 numbers already mean no chance of hitting this years numbers
