No respect from management or HR when I complained about harassment from my direct management. I had worked there for about 3 months and had glowing reviews from the owners and directors from other departments. However, my manager was constantly making inappropriate comments via in person and over email. I reported him many times to HR. Once he found out, he started taking away assignments and telling the owners that my skills were not up to par and that he recommended that I be terminated. I found out the same day that I was let go that he had been accused of harassment before and the company had to pay a settlement to her in court.
