Pros

-Some people at the company are great to work with (non-management) -Some really smart people that you can learn from (non-management)

Cons

-Very toxic environment -Management is not open to change -Management can be condescending & manipulative -Discriminatory remarks heard multiple times from management regarding people’s physical appearance - Blatant disregard when questioned. This made people around them feel so uncomfortable. -Heard management yell at employees on multiple occasions & some were driven to tears -No transparency even when the information withheld is needed to do the job -Lots of gossip, even from management -HR seems to know about all of the above but will not do anything about it
