Pros
This is by far the most accommodating company I have ever worked for. They're good to their employees and will listen to any concerns you may have. Daryl, HR manager, is simply amazing! She is always so kind and will do her best to fix anything that may be wrong. She is the perfect person to have in HR because she is so easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel like you are bugging her. Order processing is a great department to work in. The order processor manager, Christian is very accommodating. He will work with you on your schedule. Unlike most managers who bark orders all day, Christian is always calm and polite. He manages his department in a chill, comfortable way while still asserting deadlines and assignments. Christian makes himself available to team so questions or concerns get addressed in a timely manor. Erik, director, is also great! Another kind person who remembers everyone's name. Although he is a "higher up" he treats everyone with the same kindness and respect.
Cons
Like every company, they aren't perfect. However, when they make a change it's for the better. They will only get better and better.
