We do consider ourselves a late-stage startup (based off funding and our entrepreneurial way of operating), and one of our main, ever-improving goals is increasing efficiency with systems and processes. We began as a hospitality brand and have evolved into an all-encompassing vacation rental brand with hospitality still in the center of how we operate, as shown by our stellar ratings across different platforms. We understand our market and potential market share, and are consistently refining our strategy to reach our ambitious goals.
