Pros

very flexible and lots of opportunities to wear multiple different hats

Cons

pay is not competitive unlimited pto but if you're in corporate there's hardly any time to use it (although HR says to take days off, managers will repeatedly ping you even when you're trying to use pto) the biggest factor for enjoying your time there is definitely who you get as management. some managers are wonderful; others hardly check in on you and change their minds constantly about what priorities should be, making your job extremely burdensome and confusing.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review! There are certainly growing pains in a late-stage start up, especially one growing as quickly as ours. Priorities shift based on business needs, which is why we constantly need to remain agile - or "Resilient" and "Open" as two of our four values indicate. We are also building out a more robust manager training to ensure all of our people managers are equipped to be the best leaders they can be for their teams. We appreciate your feedback.

Pros

I’ve been with the company since I started

Cons

Houses need more attention given to them as a maintenance person before I used to walk the houses when guest checked out and we stayed on top of the houses a little more than than we do now. Seems like some people just walk through the house and lock it up and go home. Meanwhile there’s faucets loose doorhandles loose stuff falling apart and the AAs are not catching this on the other side, we have work orders that are not getting done properly. The first time I’ve never been a vendor and had a company make up my hourly rate and being on call I’m waiting for work and maybe only getting a job a day doesn’t really pay our bills as maintenance people because we have to keep up on insurance not only that but gasoline because we’ll go to some of the houses 2 to 3 times a day because of the way, the work orders come in we could’ve already been at a house and then we’re getting sent back to the house for another case to do
