There is a huge lack of structure since the company's emphasis is on growth, causing many positions to be added with no real direction for what that role will be.
They talk about advancement opportunities but I have yet see anyone grow other than those already in upper management, which is crucial mistake if you want solid growth because you should want upper managers who have experienced the smaller roles to be able to truly create efficiency and improvements. Several people have left due to this.
Getting information is a PAIN. Any question I've asked gets ignored or told to ask someone else. IF I get a response (and a big if), its often "why don't you already know this???"
Departments do not talk to each other about vital information that impacts one anothers day to day.
