Pros
Pay is decent for location and if you're looking for an average college job to help with expenses. That's how I looked at it to keep me there for 2 yrs. College student atomsphere.
Cons
Offer advancements slowly. Management plays favorites in giving the best hours or spots for calls while in office. Make sure you get on good side fast. Time off is non existent. You might as well say goodbye to never having weekends off or any major holidays off. 6 month minimum required in order to just work there. Have to promise them you'll stay and work breaks to get noticed for hire.
