      Avantguard has helped me to support myself through school. I have worked at Avantguard for two and a half years now and the big things that have kept me are the culture, great leadership, and friendly coworkers. I cant recommend this job enough to those looking for an accommodating schedule for your needs whether it is school or family.

      The stress of calls, and the repetitive nature of alarm taking work itself.
