When I interviewed here, I was impressed by the building, the people presented themselves well, the culture was sold really well.
When I actually started working here, I found this company was attractive on the outside and rotten on the inside. Not only was I treated very unethically, but I saw others receive unethical treatment. I have never met HR or leadership so self-interested and calculated.
I witnessed the unethical treatment of other employees. I had people call me sobbing into the phone because of how they were treated.
I was instructed by management to do unethical things. When I voiced concern, I was pressured to do it anyway. The justifications I was given for doing the task despite my concerns were purely in the interest of the business and were unethical at best.
I was lied to. I was gas-lighted. To prove to myself that I was not crazy, I began journaling each day so I could see that what I was being told, didn't match what actually happened. It took months to recover.
I am still managing trauma from working here. I literally have nightmares about it. Seeing certain things, names, or people that remind me of certain people trigger me.
The environment SEEMED professional but was actually self-righteous, authoritative, toxic, and passive-aggressive.
The bulk of their workforce is inbound call center operators that usually aren't there more than 2 years and never see the skeletons in the closet.
I would not recommend ag monitoring in Ogden, Utah.
