      Pros

      The company really does care about its culture and its employees. Even the CEO takes his time to learn everyone's name and when he runs into you will try to have meaning.

      Cons

      The only downside of the company is hybrid, which is great for work opportunities but can be difficult to get in contact with other departments that are 100% working from home. The Hybrid option is great is departments were quicker to communicate with each other.
