Pros
Avant-Guard provides good benefits to those who are able to thrive in its environment and get along with members of upper leadership. This is a good job for students wanting to get by, and promotions are viable to employees.
Cons
Upper management is unprofessional to work with. This review may dictate Ogden, but this problem effects leadership from all locations. The workplace culture turns a blind eye to bullying and mistreatment of LGBT+ Operators, particularly the Rexburg location. In regards of day to day work, management is unwilling to accommodate serious discussions about Burn Out, serious mental health crisis, and other life emergencies that may pop up in life. Favoritism is a visible and seen thing in office, and the friendly nature is only surface level.
